We seek a motivated individual with strong business acumen who can drive the business with superior leadership skills and a proven ability to nurture a culture that encourages and promotes excellence, professionalism, teamwork, and accountability.
In this key position, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our Cummins branch. You will have strong commercial abilities accompanied by financial discipline to oversee our branch’s operation and profitability. Well-developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills are prerequisites for this leadership role.
You will be supported by an experienced team, a cohesive branch structure and some of the largest agricultural brands in South Australia. Our machinery partners, the industry’s best, include Case IH, Miller Nitro, JCB, Morris, Ausplow and Stoll Boomsprays.
A solid commitment to our organisation is required to succeed in this role, and candidates must demonstrate previous experience in developing high-performing teams, dedication to serving customers and ensuring the customer experience is of the highest standard.
