An updated message to our Ramsey Bros community
Following our 20th March 2020 message, we continue to actively monitor the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation. All our branch locations remain open however we need your help.
To protect both customers and staff from unnecessary contact, from this Monday 30th March 2020 we encourage our customers NOT to enter the branches and request that you:
- Use the TELEPHONE or EMAIL for customer service. This relates to all departments; Sales, Parts, Service, Precision Ag, Administration/Accounts. During business hours, the main phone number for our dealerships is the best contact.
- Use the designated “pick up and drop off points” at each of our branches.
- If you do visit one of our branches, we ask you to use the front door only. All customers will be required to provide their name, phone number and email address, so that if any COVID-19 cases appear, you can be contacted. We also expect you are undertaking all the hygiene measures being recommended, including social distancing.
We appreciate your continued support and the trust you place in us. Let’s look out for each other during these uncertain times.
