Today Ramsey Bros’ journey continues with Variety – the Children’s Charity.
October 1, 2019 sees Ramsey Bros’ next three-year contract commence as gold sponsor of the Variety Bash taking the company’s commitment through until 2022 incorporating the annual Variety Ball and the 4WD Adventure to 2023.
Ramsey Bros and Variety SA have enjoyed a long and rewarding partnership for over 25 years – a partnership built on good old-fashioned family values. Variety believes all kids deserve a fair go and so do we.
We’ve seen firsthand the difference Variety can make for our own family and we want to ensure many more children can benefit from that care and kindness for decades to come.
For children and young people dealing with illness, special needs or disadvantage, getting through each day can be very challenging.
Anything that can help make life just that little easier is so important. And that’s where Variety SA steps up with grants, scholarships, magical experiences and events.
For Ramsey Bros, it’s not only about giving financial donations to help Variety provide its much-needed services across South Australia.
It’s about rolling up sleeves, rallying our people and getting involved.
For decades, members of the Ramsey family and Ramsey Bros staff have participated in annual Variety Bash events as entrants, volunteer officials and hosts.
As Bash Chairperson from 2015-17, Brenton Ramsey has also delivered two national fundraising records raising an extraordinary $7.5 million to support more children in need in South Australia.
