The Ramsey Bros Apprentice Exchange Program offers an exceptional opportunity for our apprentice ag technicians. With a multi-branch network, Ramsey Bros is in a unique position to allow our apprentices to broaden their experience and deepen their skills by spending time working and learning at all our dealerships. Running four times a year, each apprentice spends one week at a different dealership, exposing them to various seasonal patterns and a wide range of tasks. By immersing themselves in different dealerships, apprentices gain invaluable hands-on experience and expand their knowledge base. It also helps them to build a strong network of technicians they can rely on in the future.
