Terms and Conditions for Ramsey Bros’ Sales Event – Monarto Safari Park (or Adelaide Zoo) Family Pass Offer

 1. General

1.1. Monarto Safari Park Family Pass for all quotes on Case IH Magnum and Steiger and Morris stock units listed on internal program issued May 2025 (1 per customer) from now until June 30 2025.

1.2. The offer includes a Family Pass to Monarto Safari Park or Adelaide Zoo.

1.3. The promotion is valid from 19/05/2025 to 30/06/2025 inclusive.

1.4. The offer is subject to a limited number of passes and will be allocated based on the order of completed and accepted quotes within the promotional period.

2.Eligibility

2.1. The offer is open to all customers who receive a quote on Case IH Magnum and Steiger and Morris stock units listed on internal program (1 per customer) from now until June 30, 2025.

2.2. One Family Pass will be awarded per customer, regardless of the number of machines quoted.

2.3. The offer is not available to employees of Ramsey Bros, their families, or any third parties directly associated with the administration of this promotion.

3. Redemption

3.1. To redeem the Family Pass, eligible customers must complete their quote acceptance within the promotional period.

3.2. The Family Pass will be issued after the completion of the quote and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

3.3. The choice between Monarto Safari Park and Adelaide Zoo is subject to availability, and Ramsey Bros reserves the right to substitute the Family Pass with another of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.

4. Family Pass Details

4.1. Each Family Pass is valid for admission of 2 adults and 3 children.

4.2. Each Family Pass is valid for 3 years from the date of issuance.

4.3. The Family Pass can only be used for general admission and does not include special events, tours, or any other paid activities within the parks.

4.4 The family pass cannot be exchanged for any other Zoos SA product or service.

5. Limitations

5.1. The offer is limited to a specific number of Family Passes, and once the allocation has been exhausted, no further passes will be issued.

5.2. The promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

5.3. The offer is only valid for new quotes on selected machines and not applicable to previously quoted or purchased wholegoods machines.

6. Liability

6.1. Ramsey Bros is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered or sustained in connection with the offer, including but not limited to indirect or consequential losses.

6.2. Ramsey Bros will not be liable for any Family Pass that is lost, stolen, damaged, or tampered with in any way once provided to the customer.

7. Amendments

7.1. Ramsey Bros reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.

7.2. Any changes to the offer will be communicated via Ramsey Bros’ official communication channels.

8. Acceptance

8.1. By participating in this offer, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

8.2. If a customer does not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, they should not participate in the promotion.
