Terms and Conditions 

Morris EOFY Bonus Offer – Terms & Conditions (Ramsey Bros Customers Only) 

1. Promotion Name
   Morris EOFY Bonus Offer – $10,000 Parts & Service Credit
2. Promoter
   This promotion is conducted by Ramsey Brothers Pty Ltd (“Ramsey Bros”).
3. Promotion Period
   The promotion commences on 20 May 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
4. Eligibility
   This offer is available to eligible Ramsey Bros customers purchasing for commercial agricultural use. Offer applies to ABN holders only.

   Offer is available only to Ramsey Bros customers.

5. Eligible Purchases
   The offer applies to the purchase of new, in-stock Morris Air Carts and/or Quantum Bars.

   Eligible equipment must be physically in stock at a Ramsey Bros branch at the time of signed purchase agreement.

   This offer applies only to wholegoods purchases and excludes used equipment, demonstrator units (unless otherwise approved), or special factory orders.

6. Offer Details
   Customers who: Purchase eligible Morris equipment during the Promotion Period; and Complete full settlement by 30 June 2026 will receive: $10,000 (AUD) Parts & Service Credit applied to their Ramsey Bros account.
7. Settlement Requirements Full settlement (cleared funds, including finance settlements) must be received by Ramsey Bros no later than 30 June 2026.

   Orders that are not fully settled by this date will not qualify for the promotion.

   Deposits or partial payments do not qualify.

8. Credit Application
   The $10,000 credit will be applied to the customer’s Ramsey Bros 30-day ccount only after full settlement is received.

   Credit will not be applied prior to settlement under any circumstances.

9. Credit Usage
   Credit is valid from the day it is added to the custoemer’s Ramsey Bros 30-day account for parts and service purchases only at Ramsey Bros.

   Credit is not valid for wholegoods, cash transactions, rentals, or non-approved third-party items/services.

   Credit may be used across multiple transactions until exhausted.

10. Credit Expiry
    The credit will be valid until it is used by the customer.
11. Non-Transferability
    The credit is non-transferable and cannot be assigned, sold, or redeemed by any party other than the original purchasing entity.
12. Non-Cash Benefit
    The credit is not redeemable for cash, credit refunds, or any cash equivalent.
13. Offer Limits
    Offer is limited to one (1) credit per unit purchased.
14. Combination with Other Offers
    This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or incentive, unless expressly approved in writing by Ramsey Bros.
15. Cancellations & Changes
    If an order is cancelled, refunded, or not completed, the customer will forfeit any entitlement to the credit.

    If equipment is returned or the transaction is reversed for any reason, the credit may be withdrawn or reversed.

16. Late or Non-Qualifying Transactions
    Any payments received after 30 June 2026 will render the offer void.

    Ramsey Bros is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financiers or institutions.

17. Availability
    Offer is strictly limited to available in-stock Morris units and is subject to availability at time of  purchase.
18. Verification
    Ramsey Bros reserves the right to verify the validity of any claim or eligibility and to disqualify any customer who tampers with or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
19. General Conditions
    Ramsey Bros reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

    Ramsey Bros may substitute the offer with another offer of equal or greater value if necessary.

20. Errors & Omissions
    Ramsey Bros reserves the right to correct any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies (including pricing or promotional details) at any time.
