1. PROMOTER
The promoter of this competition is Ramsey Bros Pty Ltd (ABN: 50008064328) located at Level 1, 64 Greenhill Road, Wayville South Australia 5034 (“Promoter”).
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The promotion commences at 12:00 AM ACST on 15 April 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ACST on 31 December 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
The Grand Prize draw will take place on Wednesday, 21 January 2026.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who purchase a new Case IH Tractor from Ramsey Bros Pty Ltd during the Promotional Period.
3.2. Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, agencies, and immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1. Customers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize draw for each eligible new Case IH Tractor purchased from Ramsey Bros during the Promotional Period.
4.2. The purchase must be settled in full by 31 December 2025 to be eligible.
5. PRIZES
5.1. Grand Prize: One (1) $25,000 Travel Voucher.
5.2. The Grand Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and booking conditions of the provider.
6. PRIZE DRAW
6.1. The Grand Prize draw will take place at 12:00 PM ACST on Wednesday, 21 January 2026 at Level 1, 64 Greenhill Road, Wayville South Australia 5034.
6.2. The draw will be conducted randomly from all eligible entries.
6.3. The winner will be notified via phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw and the last name, initial of the first name and postcode of the winner will be published on the Ramsey Bros website and social media platforms within five (5) business days.
6.4. If the Grand Prize is unclaimed within three (3) months of the draw, a redraw will be conducted on 21 April 2026 at the same location and time. The winner will be advised in writing within 7 days of the draw.
The Grand Prize was randomly drawn from all eligible entries and awarded to Goosey Walters on 21 January 2026.
7. GENERAL TERMS
7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process.
7.2. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the winner in claiming or using the prize.
7.3. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting and using the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
7.4. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, subject to regulatory approval.
7.5. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
8. PRIVACY
8.1. By entering this competition, participants agree that the Promoter may collect and use their personal information for the purpose of conducting the competition and marketing future promotions.
