What You’ll Learn
Our accredited four-year program combines hands-on experience with three weeks of TAFE study at the Motor Trade Association per quarter. Along the way, you’ll earn nationally recognised qualifications in agricultural machinery and heavy diesel servicing.
Here’s what your journey looks like:
- First 2 Years: Gain foundational skills while working in our workshops and in the field.
- Third Year: Work more independently, specialising in machinery that interests you – from engines to harvesters, balers, and more.
- Career Accelerator: In your third or fourth year, top apprentices can fast-track their careers, gaining higher pay and leadership opportunities at one of our regional branches.
