An updated message to our Ramsey Bros community
With seeding having begun for some, or just around the corner for others, we want to assure you that we are taking practical steps to protect customers and staff from the impacts of Covid-19, to ensure our business and service to you is not impacted.
We are pleased to receive confirmation that agricultural machinery, parts and service providers are considered an Essential Service. This means that should the Federal or State Governments impose forced lockdowns on business, we will remain open.
Currently all departments at all our branches remain open.
We take this opportunity to remind you of how you can help – we encourage customers to:
- Not enter the branches.
- Use the TELEPHONE or EMAIL for customer service. During business hours, the main branch phone number is the best contact.
- Use the designated ‘pick up and drop off points’ at each branch.
- If you do visit, we ask you to use the front door, provide us with your contact details and we expect you’re undertaking all the hygiene measures being recommended to us, including social distancing.
