Terms and Conditions for Ramsey Bros Customer Survey Prize Draw

Eligibility

1.1. The prize draw is  open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.

1.2. Employees of Ramsey Bros and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period

2.1. The prize draw begins on the date the survey is launched and closes at 23:59 on 30 November 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

How to Enter

3.1. To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the Ramsey Bros Customer Survey available at www.ramseybros.com.au/survey.
3.2. Participants must provide a valid email address as part of the survey entry.

Prize

4.1. The prize consists of one Case IH Puma 225 Pedal Tractor with Loader, with a recommended retail price of $375.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Selection of Winner
5.1. The winner will be randomly selected from all completed survey entries after the closing date.
5.2. The winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the prize draw closing.

Data Protection

6.1. By entering the prize draw, participants consent to Ramsey Bros using their email address for the purposes of the draw and for communication regarding the survey.
6.2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Ramsey Bros’ privacy policy.

General Conditions

7.1. Ramsey Bros reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw at any time without prior notice.
7.2. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Governing Law
8.1. This prize draw is governed by the laws of Australia.
